Boots

Boots is a big Quarter Horse gelding from 2001 and around 160 cm high. He is a dark buckskin and has beautiful caramel coloured eyes!
He’s been at the ranch since June 2011. He came here because the owner was afraid of him and we were allowed to borrow him for a while, possibly to take him over. It turned out that he had not a well fitting saddle and therefore he often didn’t behave well. Of course, now he has a good fitting saddle and after 2 weeks of testing us out, he could actually find himself in our way of interacting, communicating and living in the herd.
He has never even made one more misstep! He actually is one of our best horses so we quickly took him over from the old owner because we didn’t want him to move him back and get problems again. It’s really a super horse! Boots is very nice to ride and is very light in the hand, very good trained and easy to ride on a side pull.
