You are welcome at the ranch from 16.00h. We all join for a welcomes drink and you get a tour around the ranch, you meet the herd. We eat around the campfire and we learn to know eachother.
Monday
Barefooting – we let go of shoes and let our feet get comfortable with the earth, exploring different ways of walking, balancing and moving the feet. Then as our feet wake up, they begin to tell us things. At the end of this exercise you will be able to walk blindfold through the forest!
Awareness – how many senses does your body have? Five? Or maybe ten? Or fifteen? Most of the time we are in a kind of trance, focused on one or two of our senses. You are going to experience what it is like to be an animal in the forest living in a multidimensional world of sound, touch, scent and light.
Tuesday
Looking at the forest – would you like to know what an animal sees when it looks at the forest? In this workshop you are going to learn how to see the signs and movements in the forest which tell us what’s going on; who is moving and why.
Stalking – moving silently, becoming invisible. Doesn’t matter whether you are the hunter or the hunted or if you just want to be hidden at watch the animals in the forest as they go about their day. Learning how to move and when to move, using your intuition and diving into stillness.
Wednesday
Celtic sweat lodge ceremony – the Celtic sweat lodge ceremony is an ancient ritual of death and rebirth. It gives healing for physical and emotional pain, and often leads to deep personal insight.
The Celtic sweat lodge has existed for over 2000 years and has for generations been passed on to the fact that it is available today in our time.
It is created for mental, emotional and physical healing. As well as for spiritual guidance.
The ceremony is a ritual of death and rebirth. In the Celtic tradition, it is believed that all fear is based on the fear of death. When we are ignorant or deny that fear, different patterns and defense techniques arise within us that in themselves then create problems in our lives.
But if we consciously move towards the constant presence of death and let go of our fear of it, space and freedom are created. We can live more in the present and do it with the life we really dream of deeply.
In the sweat lodge you will be guided through various layers of protection we have created around the fear of death. In that journey, we can heal the trauma, let go of behavior patterns, gain insights, and leave the ceremony with an open heart and new perspectives on ourselves and life.
You can participate as a beginner and experienced.
Thursday
Water meditation. Time to meet the river, to feel the flow and to let ourselves be held. Time for deep relaxation.
Evening – Sacred fire ceremony. This ceremony is a way to share prayers of gratitude, to let go of anything that doesn’t serve us and to offer support to those in need.
Friday
Hide and seek – we put on natural camouflage and disappear into the forest. We put our new found skills to the test, stalking, hiding and hunting. We give permission for the human animal to come out and play
Evening – closing circle. We gather and share stories and songs.
